Return Policy

15-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. 

If you changed your mind on your purchase, that’s okay, simply send back your item in the original package in re-sellable condition, within 15 days of receipt. A refund will be given after confirmed receipt, less return shipping and restocking fees.

Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number. For a return authorization number, please contact Higher Gallery.

Note, that effective 10/1/21 all returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.

Damaged/Defective: Any report of damage or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Any reports made after this time frame are subject to non-review. Detailed photos of damage must be provided, including photos of the box and the packaging as it was received.

Refused Orders: Will be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee and return freight.

Cancellations of Orders: Please inform Higher Gallery as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the shipment. Orders already on the dock, on a truck, or in route may not be able to be canceled and would be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee + return freight.

How to return your purchase: Please contact Higher Gallery and let us know what the issue is, and we will be happy to promptly provide you with the required return shipping label and returned merchandise authorization number necessary to make any return.

All our products are warranted by the manufacturer, unless noted otherwise on our site. The warranty period and service may vary depending upon manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after the 30-day period has expired, please contact the manufacturer directly. We can provide manufacturers information.
